The T5 Camouflage Tank is wheelchair accessible, with access from Dominion Crescent via a graded bush trail. A ramp allows access into the Tank space.

Accessible public toilets are available near the entrance to the site at Georges Heights Oval.

CAR AND TAXI

Georges Heights is part of Headland Park and is located on Middle Head Peninsula and can be accessed via Middle Head Road in Mosman.

BUS

Sydney buses connect to Headland Park. There are a number of bus stops located around the park’s perimeter on Middle Head Road.

- The 247 bus route from Wynyard terminates at Mosman Junction seven days a week. 
- The 244 bus route from Wynyard makes a number of stops around the Mosman area, including Middle Head Road and Chowder Bay Road.

FERRY

Bus services connect with the ferry service to Taronga Zoo from Circular Quay.

- The 238 bus meets the ferry at the Athol Wharf below Taronga Zoo. Alight on Middle Head Road (before the bus turns left at Beaconsfield Road for Balmoral) and walk ten minutes to reach Headland Park.

By foot: Walking tracks link the park to Georges Heights, Balmoral, and Taronga Zoo via Bradleys Head. Please note that the walking track gates at the Balmoral entrance and Chowder Bay entrance open at sunrise and close at sunset.

WATER TAXI

Vessels (including water taxis) may drop off and pick up passengers for Chowder Bay at the public wharf opposite Clifton Gardens and may anchor off the beach.
