Parramatta Library

The City of Parramatta Library and six branch libraries offer a place for locals to enjoy books, CDs, DVDs and a wide range of services and events every week ranging from activities for children to talks by well-known authors, computer classes, ESL classes, workshops and much more. You can join the library for free and membership is open to all NSW residents.

Entry and Parking
Parramatta Library is wheelchair accessible. Lifts can be accessed via the lobby off 1-3 Fitzwilliam Street, Parramatta. The closest train station with wheelchair access is Parramatta Station, approximately two minutes from the library. Taxis can drop passengers off at 1-3 Fitzwilliam Street for access to the building.

Inside the venue
For patrons with mobility restrictions or wheelchairs, level access is available in all areas. There are wheelchair accessible toilets on site.

Getting There

Train/Bus: Parramatta Library is a one minute walk from Parramatta train station and bus interchange.

Parking: There are multiple car parks a short distance from the library.
