Madame Shanghai

Madame Shanghai is the Lotus Dining team’s Darlinghurst eatery and bar serving contemporary Shanghai cuisine.

Much of Madame’s menu is made to share and cooked shaokao-style. The open kitchen creates a heady scent of spice and meat caramelising on the grill. Madame Shanghai have kept a few Lotus favourites (dumplings!) while being more ‘street’ and focused on the grill. The cocktail bar overlooks Hyde Park and College Street – an ideal location to explore their cocktail concoctions inspired by Asian flavours to match their menu.
