Dress up in your finest flying garb (think superheroes, pilot goggles, fairy wings and more) and take part in the grand pedal-powered parade. The distance you cycle also contributes kilometres to Sydney Festival’s Fly Me To The Moon  project, a collective effort to cycle the 384,400 kilometres to the moon.

Workshop capacity is limited, so participants must register online (link to register). Children under 15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the workshop and parade. Don’t forget to bring your helmet and a chain to lock up your bike, as well as a water bottle and sunscreen. Read more about safe cycling practices in the Handbook for bicycle riders.
